Rescue Gear
The CCRN has rescue gear located at Cave of the Winds in Manitou Springs, Colorado, and at Glenwood Caverns in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. The gear at these locations include underground communication systems, patient transport, and limited first aid supplies.
The CCRN also maintains five underground rescue caches - three in Groaning Cave, one in Feels Like I'm Fixing To Die Cave, and one in Spanish Cave. These caches include basic first aid materials as well as supplies to ward off hypothermia. The caches do not include maps, batteries, or drugs.
